  • What Does “Dry Hire” Mean?

    We’re a dry hire mobile bar service, which means we bring everything except the alcohol. You provide the drinks you’d like served, and we handle the rest—bartenders, cups, mixers, garnishes, napkins, straws, ice, and even a self-serve water station. It’s a flexible, cost-effective way to get professional service without marked-up alcohol prices.

  • Do You Provide the Alcohol?

    No—we don’t sell or supply alcohol. Instead, we guide you through the process of purchasing it yourself. During your consultation, we’ll help create a custom alcohol shopping list based on your package, guest count, and drink preferences. That way, you’ll know exactly what and how much to buy—nothing wasted, nothing forgotten.

  • What’s Included With Every Package?

    Every package comes standard with the essentials to keep your event stress-free:

    • TIPS-certified bartenders with 10+ years of experience
    • Five hours of service (setup & teardown excluded)
    • General & liquor liability insurance for peace of mind
    • Cups, straws, napkins, and ice
    • Garnishes and mixers (based on package)
    • A framed drink menu sign
    • A self-serve water station
  • How Many Bartenders Will I Need?

    The number of bartenders depends on your event size and style. Smaller events with under 50 guests usually only need one bartender. For weddings, corporate events, or larger gatherings with up to 150 guests, two bartenders are recommended to keep service smooth. We also offer barbacks if extra support is needed.

    We serve just about every type of celebration in Cleveland, OH, and surrounding areas. Our mobile bars are a perfect fit for:

  • How Long Does Service Last?

    Each package includes five hours of service time, not counting setup or teardown. If your event runs longer, you can add additional hours of service for $100 each.
